    Since opening in 1986, Bryant & Cooper Steakhouse has been destination on Long Island. It serves up steaks, chops and seafood with classic Manhattan steakhouse style. All Bryant & Cooper steaks are USDA prime steaks and hand-cut by expert butchers. Our steaks are trimmed of unnecessary fat, and all Bryant & Cooper beef is dry-aged to enhance the flavor and give it a buttery texture.

    Our retail market is open 7 days a week Monday -Thursday 10:00-7:30, Friday- Sunday 9:30-7:30 and carries our dry-aged USDA prime steaks, chops and rotisserie chickens as well as prepared side dishes such as our Bryant & Cooper salad, creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. They also offers a variety of spices, chips, breads, William Poll dips, our famous Bryant & Cooper steak sauce and anything from the Bryant and Cooper menu.
