    The favorite at Bryant and Cooper is our hefty Porterhouse which is like two steaks in one: an extra large portion of delicate tenderloin (where filet mignon comes from), plus the heartier sirloin strip, juicy and marbled, on the other side of the distinctive t-bone. Fun to share with others.
  • Boneless Sirloin
    This is one of the most popular steaks we serve in our restaurant is the famous “New York Strip”. Robust in flavor, our beautiful strip steaks come from the heart of the loin, richly marbled and delicious. They are hand trimmed of unnecessary fat and boneless.
  • Bone-in Rib Eye
    Highly marbled, tender and flavorful, this fine-textured meat comes from young, specially fed cattle. Cut from the rib, our bone-in rib steak is thick and robust in flavor. It’s a true steak lovers delight.
  • Filet Mignon
    Indulge yourself with our fine filets. Hand-cut from the tenderloin of specially fed mid-western steers, Bryant & Cooper filet mignon are a succulent treat. Carefully aged, they are fork tender and delicate in flavor.

    Since opening in 1986, Bryant & Cooper Steakhouse has been destination on Long Island. It serves up steaks, chops and seafood with classic Manhattan steakhouse style. All Bryant & Cooper steaks are USDA prime steaks and hand-cut by expert butchers. Our steaks are trimmed of unnecessary fat, and all Bryant & Cooper beef is dry-aged to enhance the flavor and give it a buttery texture.


    RETAIL MARKET OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK - ROSYLN, NEW YORK

    Our retail market is open 7 days a week Monday -Thursday 10:00-7:30, Friday- Sunday 9:30-7:30 and carries our dry-aged USDA prime steaks, chops and rotisserie chickens as well as prepared side dishes such as our Bryant & Cooper salad, creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. They also offers a variety of spices, chips, breads, William Poll dips, our famous Bryant & Cooper steak sauce and anything from the Bryant and Cooper menu. Shopping in our retail market is the easiest way to bring Bryant and Cooper to your dinner table.
